Fallout 4 secret locations are a must to visit when playing Fallout 4. Just before Bethesda sheds light on Fallout 5 (Please!), we are heading back to the latest game on the successful post-apocalyptic franchise. You may run into these locations as part of the main quest or even by doing side quests, but some of them are unlikely to be visited unless you really tour the map.
The Fallout 4 secret locations we gathered are original game ones, therefor there are plenty more by playing with different mods.
The Railroad HQ: This hidden location can be found in the Old North Church in the city of Boston. It is the headquarters of the Railroad, a secret organization dedicated to helping synths (artificial humans) escape their creators.
The Secret Vault: Located in the Glowing Sea, this secret vault contains advanced technology and resources that can be used to upgrade your character and equipment.
The Institute: This secret organization, located beneath the city of Boston, is dedicated to researching and developing advanced technology.
The BoS Scribe’s Quarters: Located in the Brotherhood of Steel’s airship, this secret location contains a powerful weapon called the X-01 Power Armor.
The Nuka-World Transit Center: This hidden location can be found in the Nuka-World amusement park and contains a unique weapon called the Nuka-Nuke Launcher.
The Mariner: This secret location can be found in the Coastal Cottage in the town of Salem. It contains a unique weapon called the Mariner’s Hatchet.
The Dunwich Borers: This abandoned quarry is located in the southwest corner of the map and contains a hidden location called the Dunwich Building, which is home to a powerful enemy called the Dunwich Horror.
The Saugus Ironworks: This abandoned ironworks is located in the northwest corner of the map and contains a secret location called the Forging Room, which is home to a unique weapon called the Saugus Cannon.
The Old Granary Burial Ground: This hidden location can be found in the town of Concord and contains a unique weapon called the Cryolator, which can freeze enemies.
The Secret Vault 81: Located beneath the town of Diamond City, this secret vault contains advanced technology and resources that can be used to upgrade your character and equipment.
To be honest, these are just a small sampling of the secrets that can be found in Fallout 4, and there are many more waiting to be uncovered as players explore the game. So set up your gear, fill your inventory with stimpaks and make sure you have enough Nuka Cola for the road!
